Day of abstinence ... Tuesday 16 Jan 2024

I spent nearly every free minute of Monday as Kayleigh. I was working, at my standing desk, dressed for work in nice white blouse, and tartan skirt. I did also _actually_ work too; but I just found that whenever I was trying to do anything that required real focus I would end up distracting myself. For example, looking online for an outfit or something.

So I have decided that despite having the option for dress today, I am going to try to stay in drab.. have also promised myself no porn (yes, that is what I wrote). Actually, its not really that interesting, but acts as a form of procrastination so I want to try and control that too.

Lets see how I get on.. .. will report back in 24 hours on how it went ...

Working from home (again) Aug 2022

 Working from home dressed again, first time for a long time. I dress a lot, but in most cases, with insufficient time to get properly "dolled-up"; i.e. some good foundation to cover the 5 o'clock shadow.  Thursday was really nice, because while I was still working, I didn't have any meetings or calls, so while I was still working I was able to be fully dressed. I just crossed my fingers and hoped that I didn't get invited to an ad-hoc or urgent video call as I would have had to either make very quick excuses or out myself to my work colleagues.... .. actually I am confident that my work colleagues would be "cool with it" it I was found out; but I don't really want it to be a "thing" in my work life .. of course I would love to go to the office and just "be"; but that is not what would happen, people would interact with me differently .. or I would have to further tone down my attire.

Been blocked !?

  On Thursday managed to get it together to do full makeup and a nice outfit and all. I only really had a few hours plus needed to do thing around the house, so not enough time to get out anywhere. I did go onto Birchplace/eblue and paraded my look in the Webcam room - mostly because its easy. I even took out my prop at one point, but only to tease a little nothing; seemed to get a good response. While all that was going on I was also in a the social room on tvChix.. and I found out someone had blocked me ! - actually someone I quite respected too. So was a bit surprised, this has never had that happen to me before. I think I know why it happened, and looking at the blockers point of view I sort of understand but the whole things made me feel quite down about the community - I had always hoped we were supporting and looking out for one another - now I am not so sure.

Sorting Hosiery

  Having discovered the tan stockings I was wearing are not a pair, I thought it was high time I got on top of things. After years of promising that I would get around to it, I have been through my box of hosiery this morning. Untangling, then sorting first by colour tan, white and black and then separating out the straight tops, lace tops, fishnets. Those little bags your get for liquids in an airport turn out to be just the right size for a pair. I needed to change the bags, as the plastic that stockings come it is sticky edge and delicate so, without it just get a mess of tangled stockings and can never find the right ones; when I need them for an outfit.
